Lewis Frost is a soldier who is buried in Historic Mount Peace Cemetery in Saint Cloud, Florida A veteran of the American Civil War who finally retired to the Veteran town of Saint Cloud. He was born in Troy, New York. Parents of Lewis Frost Richard Frost of New York Sarah A. VanAnden of Wisconsin Children: Lucian Frost L. Van Frost Donald K. Frost Lewis was18 years A farmer who lived in New York come the American Civil War 1860 Census Mustered: Enlisted August 14, 1862 and given the rank as Corporal. Was promoted to Sergeant 23rd Wisconsin Infantry Company I. Captured by the Confederates and Imprisoned at Carrion Crow Bayou November 3, 1863 Listed as Casualty at same location Wounded. Mustered out of Mobile, Alabama july 4, 1865 1870 Census. Lewis was 28 years old Living in Blooming Grove Dane, Wisconsin Listed as at home. Most likely convalescing from his prisoner of war time. TRIMPER  (Please Watch this Video) A historic amusement Park from 1893, still going strong. I remember as a child riding the older rides inside. They still look brand new today. Glad to see things still around that are still around when I was a wee lad. Trimper's Rides is a historic amusement park located near the inlet at South First Street and the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland, United States. It was founded in 1893 as The Windsor Resort.
